The building is of a conventional style with concrete, slabs, beams and columns with steel reinforcement. It is separated by an above ground courtyard. The courtyard is situation on post tensioned suspended slab.

The building consists of the following floors;

Building A

  • Termination of services to structures to be demolished
  • Soft strip out of structure: Remove all furniture, fittings, ceilings etc back to the bare structural shell.
  • Erection of A Class Hoardings
  • Erection of demolition scaffold
